Ms. Jia has 16 years’of experience in domestic/incoming/outgoing patent applications, invalidations, infringement litigations and other affairs concerning intellectual property right. In the past years, Ms. Jia has accumulated extensive experience in domestically,patent analysis, patent re-examination invalidation, administrative litigation, civil litigation, and internet e-commerce rights protection, so that she can provide strong support for clients' rights protection. In the international arena, our foreign relations team led by her has established a good international cooperation network and accumulated substantial experience in overseas patent applications, handling international and national patent applications for key domestic clients. 

Additionally, she offer comprehensive non-litigation services, including overseas patent risk assessment, patent infringement determination, stability analysis, rights protection schemes, and solutions to rights protection issues. 

For patent disputes, Ms. Jia has successfully acted in Midea v. Gree, Midea v. Xiaomi, Midea v.  Fotile, SKG v. Breo, Easpeed(Unicorn enterprises in the field of air imaging in China) v. Xianghang, Delmar v. Zoilmi, etc..

Ms. Jia has been Midea Group‘s top ten outstanding agents, Class A agents, and Class A agents of BYD for many consecutive years. Several of her cases have been listed as Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases. Several patents writen by her have won the National Gold/Silver Award and the National Patent Excellence Award.
